What if the shade doesn't match my hair?
We exchange it free — as many times as it takes — until it's right. Email us a photo of your hair in daylight and we'll help you choose the closest match.
Will it look obvious?
No. The wire is transparent and sits under your top layer of hair. The fibres are multi-tone so they blend naturally, even up close.
Will it fit my head?
The wire is adjustable and sits like a headband, so it fits comfortably on almost everyone.
Wearing & caring
Will it damage my hair?
No. There are no clips, no glue, no heat and no tension on your roots — which is exactly why women switch from clip-ins and tape-ins.
Will it stay put all day?
Yes. Once your own hair falls over the wire it holds securely through school runs, workouts and long days.
Can I wash, curl or straighten it?
Yes. Use low-to-medium heat and a heat protectant to keep the fibres looking their best.
How long does it last?
With normal wear and gentle care, several months to a year. Store it in the satin pouch included in your set.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days, shipped from our U.S. warehouse with tracking emailed to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?
